The inside of the glans is whitish and dirty every day, which can be categorized as physiological and pathological. Physiological may be related to unclean hygiene. Pathologic may be related to urethritis, glans, etc.. If we exclude physiological reasons, we suggest that patients go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease. 1. Physiological: the glans will have metabolism and secretion every day, and the shedding tissue can form white dirt. The patient’s daily cleaning is not in place, resulting in the accumulation of dirt, there can be a daily white inside the glans with dirty things. 2. Pathologic: (1) urethritis: the patient’s urethra is infected by Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma and other infections, there can be urethral tingling, painful urination and secretion of a small amount of white thin liquid, while the white liquid and bacteria mix, there can be a whitish situation inside the glans. (2) glansitis: mainly manifested as redness and swelling of the foreskin, burning pain, aggravated by urination, and pus secretion from the opening of the foreskin can also occur. After the pus secretion dries up, it can lead to the patient to find the inside of the glans whitened with dirty things every day. If we exclude physiological reasons, we suggest that patients go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease.
