2. If the mucous membrane of the turbinate is hypertrophied and has no obvious response to vasoconstrictors or the above treatments fail to work, surgical treatment is appropriate. Including: partial resection of inferior turbinate, submucosal resection of inferior turbinate and low temperature plasma inferior turbinate ablation.
