Clinical causes of tibial pain are usually traumatic injuries. Patients who are athletes or who regularly participate in combat training or competitions can suffer from pain and swelling due to frequent use of the tibia. Since the subcutaneous muscles of the tibia are very weak and the blood supply is poor, shin pain can be caused when these triggers occur. Patients may choose to go to the hospital for further examination by local X-ray or MRI. If a tibial contusion is diagnosed, physical therapy is available to treat the local area with heat therapy, such as wax therapy, Chinese herbal medicine seal and TDP baking. These therapies are effective in relieving the pain of the tendons and bones by activating blood stasis and anti-inflammatory, and patients can choose to go to the hospital for further treatment.
