Why does the right kidney hurt?

There are three main causes of right kidney pain, one, inflammation. Second, stones. Third, tumor. Inflammatory factors produce prostaglandins, which cause tension in the renal envelope, and tension in the renal envelope triggers pain, which is the cause of inflammation triggering right kidney pain. Stones, especially small ones, move in the right ventricular kidney and irritate the mucosa of the renal collecting system to produce pain. Also, obstruction of stones triggers intrarenal hypertension, which can also produce pain. Irritation by inflammatory factors near the stone, infection, especially septic infection, can trigger pain in the right kidney. Tumors in the kidney, renal pelvis tumors and right ureteral tumors can also cause right kidney pain, mainly due to tumor obstruction and tumor surface bleeding, resulting in inflammation and right kidney pain. Finally, there is the right kidney infection itself, which produces toxins from infectious agents and triggers painful sensations in the nerves of the kidney.
