Common techniques used to massage the back

The commonly used techniques for back massage are mainly point-pressing, pressing and kneading, plucking, etc., as follows.

3. The plucking is commonly done with the end of the thumb, and the end of the finger is inserted between the crevices of the muscle tendons or the starting and stopping points of the muscle tendons, and it is played and plucked from light to heavy, and from slow to fast.
