What to do about local allergies

Local skin allergy, if the allergic symptoms are not severe, topical medication can be used to control. If there is blistering and oozing, furacilin solution or saline can be given first as a local wet compress. If the surface is dry, topical glucocorticoid cream can be given directly. If the allergy occurs on the face or in the skin folds or mucous membrane, it is recommended to choose a weak hormone, such as hydrocortisone cream. For allergies occurring in other areas, medium- and strong-acting glucocorticoid creams can be chosen for treatment. If the allergy itching is more severe, oral medications such as antihistamines, loratadine, cetirizine, etc., can be given in combination with anti-allergy treatment.
