How to regulate children with bad spleen and stomach

Children with poor spleen and stomach can be regulated by massage and taking Chinese medicine.
1. Tui na: the main acupoints include spleen meridian and stomach meridian.
Spleen meridian: on the threaded surface of the end of the child’s thumb, in a straight line from the tip of the finger to the root of the finger, the operation of this point is categorized into tonifying spleen meridian and clearing spleen meridian. Clinically, tonifying the spleen is often used to relieve children’s loss of appetite and emaciation due to weakness of the spleen and stomach. Clearing the spleen meridian is often used to treat dark yellow skin and vomiting caused by dampness-heat fumigation.
Stomach meridian: This point is located at the radial edge of the big fish margin of the red and white flesh intersection (the junction of the heart of the hand with the back of the hand, and the heart of the foot with the back of the foot), from the root of the palm to the root of the thumb in a straight line, the operation of this point is divided into tonifying the stomach meridian and clearing the stomach meridian. Clinically, the stomach tonic meridian is mostly used to treat indigestion and abdominal distension due to weakness of the spleen and stomach. Clearing the Stomach Meridian is used to relieve nausea, bloating and constipation.
2. Traditional Chinese medicine: Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu San and Si Jun Zi Granules can be taken to regulate the condition.
Ginseng Ling and Atractylodes Macrocephalae: It has the effect of tonifying the spleen and stomach and benefiting the lungs and qi. It is used for the weakness of spleen and stomach, loose food, shortness of breath and cough, tiredness and fatigue. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear, avoid indigestible food, cold and fever patients should not be taken.
Sijunzi Granules: It has the effect of benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen. It is used for spleen and stomach qi deficiency, poor gastric intake, poor food and loose stools (thin and unformed feces). The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear, avoid eating cold, greasy and indigestible food, not applicable to those with spleen and stomach yin deficiency.
If children are found to be unwell, parents should bring their children to the doctor as soon as possible, and should not treat them with medication on their own.
