How to prevent tangles in winter?

Recently, we have encountered several cases in the clinic, mostly in older patients, presenting with low back or hip pain, mostly with a history of cold, pain, and walking and standing affected. There is nothing at first, but usually after a few days a localized herpes appears, mostly distributed along the dermatomal nerve. It is commonly known as “herpes zoster”. It is similar to herpes labialis that appears when you have a cold, and is an attack of latent virus infection that occurs when a person’s resistance is low. Therefore, the elderly and people with poor resistance should pay attention to avoid cold and strain to reduce its occurrence, while for those who have already had it, antiviral and symptomatic treatment is feasible. In severe cases, the patient should seek medical attention.
