1. Physiological factors:

2. Pathologic factors:

In severe cases, urinary incontinence, cloudy urine, sometimes terminal hematuria, mild pressure or discomfort on the pubic bone.
(2) Urethral stones, such as those in the lower part of the ureter, can cause symptoms of urinary frequency, urgency, pain and difficulty in urination due to the stimulation of the stones in the interstitial segment of the bladder wall.
