1. Physiological reasons: overeating, consuming too much spicy hot pot, fried chicken, cold soda, beer, marinated meat, strong tea, coffee and other cold, hard, spicy and irritating food, can stimulate the gastrointestinal mucosa and cause epigastric pain, bloating, nausea, bitter taste, acid reflux, loss of appetite and other symptoms.
