Why do your hands always sweat?

According to traditional Chinese medicine, sweaty hands are caused by dampness and heat in the spleen and stomach, which can reach the end of the four; spleen and stomach qi deficiency, spleen and yang deficiency (deficiency of yang qi in the spleen), which can’t be warmed to the outside; and spleen and stomach yin deficiency (deficiency of yin liquid in the spleen and stomach), and so on.
1. Dampness and heat are embedded in the spleen and stomach, which are next to the four ends: due to unhealthy dietary structure on weekdays, eating fatty, sweet, thick and greasy food with heavy taste causes dampness and heat in the spleen and stomach (the spleen and stomach feel the dampness and heat), and the dampness and heat are transmitted to the hands leading to sweating.
2. Spleen and stomach qi deficiency, spleen yang weakness, can not warm the outside: because the spleen and stomach power deteriorates, digestive ability becomes weaker, the ability to transport the water and grain essence becomes weaker, can not transport the nutrients to the whole body, resulting in yang qi astringency, can not control the sweat of the hands sweating caused by the good control of the release of the sweat.
3. Yin deficiency of the spleen and stomach: because of the yin deficiency for a long time, it is inevitable that the yin deficiency and yang bloom, and the yang qi pushes the sweat to reach the end of the limbs and cause the sweat of the hands.
Modern medicine believes that the secretion of sweat glands is controlled by sympathetic nerves, and hand sweating is caused by unexplained sympathetic overstimulation, such as tension, excitement, stress, or an abnormal increase in sweating in the palms of the hands due to high temperatures in summer.
When symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner, complete the examination to determine the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy under the guidance of the doctor.
