What is the cause of cerebral infarction that can’t speak

The reasons why patients with cerebral infarction cannot speak usually include aphasia and dysarthria, which require timely medical treatment. 1. Aphasia: it is usually due to the damage of language center caused by cerebral infarction, especially the motor aphasia caused by the damage of the posterior part of the inferior frontal gyrus of the dominant hemisphere, which is caused by the infarction of the middle cerebral artery region. 2. Dysarthria: After cerebral infarction, the cortical brainstem bundles are damaged, and the lesions can be seen in true bulbar palsy caused by brainstem infarction and pseudo-bulbar palsy caused by infarction of both cerebral hemispheres. Though bulbar palsy patients have normal language expression ability, they can not speak and express themselves because of the problem of innervating nerves of articulatory organs. Patients with cerebral infarction are advised to seek medical treatment in time to avoid delaying their condition.
