How to check if thyroid function is normal

Monitoring for normal thyroid function primarily involves monitoring free thyroxine (FT₄), free triiodothyronine (FT₃), triiodothyronine (T₃), thyroxine (T₄), thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), antithyroid peroxidase antibodies, antithyroglobulin antibodies, thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibodies, and thyroglobulin (Tg). 1. FT₄, FT₃, T₃, T₄,: normal values for FT₄ range from 11.5 to 22.7 pmol/L; normal values for FT₃ range from 3.5 to 6.5 pomol/L; normal values for T₃ range from 0.6 to 1.81 ng/ml; normal values for T ₄normal values are in the range of 45 to 109ng/ml. 2. TSH, Tg: TSH normal value is 0.35~5.5μIU/ml; Tg normal value is 1.15~130.77ng/ml. 3. Anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPO-Ab), anti-thyroglobulin antibody (Tg-Ab), and thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibody: the upper limits of normal values for these three are 60 IU/ml; 60 IU/ml; and 1.22 IU/L (1.58 IU/L in patients with non-Graves’ disease thyroid disorders), respectively. If the indicators of thyroid function are abnormal, you should go to a regular hospital in time and choose the appropriate treatment under the guidance of a professional doctor.
