Can people without liver disease suddenly get liver cancer straight away?

People without liver disease can suddenly and directly get liver cancer. Primary liver cancer is mainly caused by hepatitis viruses, cirrhosis, alcohol, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and carcinogens such as aflatoxin, which may directly cause liver cancer. Cancers in other organs can also metastasize to the liver without liver disease causing secondary liver cancer. 1. Aflatoxin: Hepatitis viruses, alcoholic fatty liver disease, etc. may develop into cirrhosis of the liver and eventually become liver cancer. However, carcinogenic substances such as aflatoxin and aristolochic acid can induce liver cell mutation without any symptoms and performance in the early stage. 2. Secondary liver cancer: Cancer cells such as rectal cancer and colon cancer can be transferred to the liver along the bloodstream, resulting in cancerous transformation of normal liver cells, which can be transferred to the liver without liver disease and cause secondary liver cancer. Regular medical checkups are recommended, especially for people over 55 years old, for early detection of diseases and early treatment.
