Adenomyosis generally refers to adenomyosis of the uterus. If dropping a good-sized clot is not a sign of improvement, active treatment is recommended. Adenomyosis refers to the invasion of endometrial glands and mesenchyme into the myometrium, which will eventually lead to increased menstrual flow due to poor contraction of the myometrium due to increased area of the endometrium and proliferation of myometrial fibers. Larger clots form when uterine bleeding is heavy, and the more common symptom of adenomyosis, increased menstrual flow, is not a sign of improvement. Adenomyosis does not heal on its own and requires long-term treatment. Aggressive treatment can control the condition, which can be controlled with medication or surgery to provide significant relief of symptoms. When adenomyosis drops a good-sized blood clot, you should talk to your doctor about it, treat it aggressively, and review it on time.
