Herpetic pemphigoid is an autoimmune disease with no specific trigger, no gender difference, and is related to the individual’s physique, so it is prevalent in the elderly, and most of them are over 60 years old. Pemphigus herpetiformis produces antibodies in the body, leading to the formation of subepidermal blisters. However, in the early stage, it usually does not manifest as blisters, and in the earliest stage, it manifests as edematous erythema, and patients may have more obvious itching. Therefore, it is often misdiagnosed as dermatitis and eczema in the early stages. Currently, clinically, it can be examined by blood routine, skin pathology and direct immunofluorescence.
