Rhinitis can be divided into acute rhinitis, chronic simple rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, atrophic rhinitis, etc. Specific symptoms, different types of rhinitis are different.
1. 2. Chronic simple rhinitis: patients mainly appear nasal congestion, increased nasal discharge, some patients may also be accompanied by decreased sense of smell, nasal root discomfort, headache and other symptoms. The nasal mucosa is reddish, the inferior turbinate is swollen, and the turbinate swelling subsides rapidly after using nasal decongestant. There is sticky mucus nasal mucus in the nasal passage at the bottom of the nose.
3. Allergic rhinitis: the patient’s main manifestations are nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing, running watery mucus, and loss of sense of smell. The nasal mucosa is pale and edematous, or congested or light blue, and the inferior turbinate is obvious. Nasal cavity can be seen watery secretion.
4. Atrophic rhinitis: manifested by nasal dryness, nasal congestion, nasal odor, as well as olfactory loss, headache and other symptoms. The nasal mucosa is dry, nasal cavity is wide, nasal turbinate is narrowed (lower turbinate is worse), the nasal cavity is filled with a large number of pus crusts, yellow or yellowish-green color and bad smell.
