Whether gastric cancer patients can be saved after recurrence needs to be analyzed with specific situations: 1. If patients have anastomotic local recurrence without distant metastasis, they can undergo surgical treatment again, including total gastrectomy. If there are digestive symptoms after surgery, such as poor appetite and esophageal reflux, adjuvant chemotherapy can be given, and a better prognosis can be obtained after chemotherapy; 2. If the patient has local recurrence and is accompanied by lymph node and distant metastasis, chemotherapy combined with targeted therapy can be used, and the efficacy of the treatment is relatively good.
