Early stage of cervical cancer can be asymptomatic, or symptoms such as bleeding after mechanical stimulation of the cervix, and further development of symptoms such as hematuria and hematochezia, etc. Regular medical checkups are recommended.
Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in gynecology. There is usually no obvious clinical manifestation in precancerous lesion stage or early stage of cancer. At this stage, abnormalities can be detected by cervicovaginal cytology smear and human papillomavirus (HPV) test, etc. Therefore, regular medical checkups are recommended for early detection and treatment of cancer.
With further progression of the disease, contact bleeding may occur in the cervical mucosa, and cervical secretions may show obvious abnormalities, such as abnormal leukorrhea and non-menstrual bleeding. If further deterioration occurs and tumor metastasis occurs, manifestations such as hematuria, hematochezia and hemoptysis may appear.
It is recommended to go to the hospital in time for consultation if the above symptoms occur or if cervical cancer is suspected.
