What’s going on with gastric allografts?

Gastric allopatric hyperplasia refers to allopatric hyperplasia of the gastric mucosal epithelium, which means that the gastric mucosal epithelium shows abnormal hyperplasia and differentiation, and it is a kind of precancerous lesion.
Gastric mucosal ectodermal hyperplasia mainly occurs on the basis of intestinal epithelial hyperplasia (gastric mucosal epithelial cells are replaced by epithelial cells of the small intestine or large intestine), in which gastric mucosal epithelium and glands deviate from the normal state of differentiation, and the cells appear abnormal hyperplasia with structural changes, and it is a kind of precancerous lesion.
Gastric mucosal ectodermal hyperplasia can be categorized into mild, moderate and severe according to the severity, and for patients with severe ectodermal hyperplasia, the likelihood of cancerous transformation is significantly increased. Therefore, patients with gastric mucosal ectodermal hyperplasia are advised to seek timely medical treatment, undergo regular checkups and actively receive treatment. Under the doctor’s advice, timely surgical treatment should be carried out to avoid delaying the condition.
