Neiguan point is mainly used to treat heart pain, palpitation, chest tightness, dystocia (pain in the area of the ribs), stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, eructation, epilepsy, epilepsy (a kind of disease in which seizures are often accompanied by impaired consciousness, muscle spasms, and abnormal sensation and movement), insomnia, fever, agitation, malaria, and contractural pain of the elbow and arm, and other diseases.
It can be treated by massage, acupuncture and moxibustion on the Neiguan points, which should be performed by a specialized doctor.
