Some children have a short penis on the surface, and the skin of the penis looks like a bird’s beak wrapped around the penis, and the outer opening of the foreskin is very close to the root of the penis. This condition is medically known as “occult penis”. If it is misdiagnosed as “circumcision”, it will not improve the appearance of the penis, but will make the skin of the penis too short.
