Papilloma of the tonsils is a relatively common condition.
Tonsillar papilloma is a benign tumor that occurs in the tonsils and is associated with human papillomavirus infection. Papillomas occur on the mucosal surface of the throat and are usually solitary or multiple, with a tipped or broad-based pink lobulated neoplasm that bleeds easily.
Tonsillar papilloma has no obvious specific performance in the early stage, and is often found during physical examination. With the enlargement of the tumor, pharyngeal foreign body sensation, pharyngolaryngeal pain, swelling, and difficulty in swallowing can occur.
If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to regular hospitals in time, and be examined and diagnosed by doctors after standardized treatment.
