Ectopic pregnancy with bleeding symptoms for more than 10 days is not necessarily a miscarriage. It may be due to fluctuating hormone levels in the body, poor development of the embryo, rupture of the ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. 1. Ectopic pregnancy is a condition in which the fertilized egg is deposited outside of the uterine cavity, and the clinical symptoms of ectopic pregnancy itself include menopause, abdominal pain, and vaginal bleeding. When the hormone level fluctuates in the body or the embryo is not well developed, it may be manifested as a small amount of vaginal bleeding. 2. If the rupture of ectopic pregnancy, in addition to vaginal bleeding, severe cases may also have a large amount of intra-abdominal bleeding, or even shock. Abdominal pain is more intense. If the embryo dies, there is often irregular vaginal bleeding, dark red or dark brown in color, a small amount, in the form of dribbles, usually not more than the amount of menstruation but there are a few patients with more bleeding, similar to menstruation. If the symptoms of vaginal bleeding are severe, or if the symptoms persist and do not improve, the patient should go to the hospital for treatment.
