In the second stage, which lasts from 2 to 10 years, the impairment of both near and distant memory is very obvious, the visual-spatial aspect shows spatial disorientation and poor skill composition, fluency aphasia in language, a significant decrease in computational power, motor disuse of the ability to use ideas, personality is dominated by indifference, and the motor system is affected and restlessness occurs. In the third stage, 8 to 12 years, there is a severe decline in intelligence, a decrease in motor function, frequent tonic flexion of the limbs, and the sphincter is also affected, with incontinence of the bowels.
