What are the acupoints on the soles of the feet

There are acupoints on the sole of the foot such as Yongquan acupoint and Duiyin acupoint.
1. Yongquan acupoint, the well point of the foot Shaoyin Kidney meridian, is located at the bottom of the foot, in the most concave part of the center of the foot when the foot is flexed and the toes are rolled up. It is mainly used for treating heat in the heart of the foot; sore throat, loss of voice, dry tongue; dysuria (unsmooth urination), constipation as well as insomnia, epilepsy, fainting, pediatric convulsions (a pediatric disease that manifests itself in dizziness, convulsions, and convulsions), vertigo, and pain in the top of the head.
