Nasopharyngeal cancer can cause nosebleeds due to tumour invasion of the arterial vessels or tumour rupture, but most nosebleeds are caused by local inflammation or external forces. If you experience recurrent nosebleeds and weight loss, you should be examined promptly to confirm the diagnosis.
