Galactosidase is one of the more important catabolic enzymes that make up the body’s substances, and is an amino acid component that maintains the body’s normal metabolism, and is found mainly in the renal tubules. Low galactosidase is mainly related to hereditary factors or inflammation, and is usually manifested by low production of galactosidase by bacteria in the intestine, and symptoms such as indigestion and diarrhea after taking dairy products. The treatment is to inoculate E. coli with a genetic clone of β-galactosidase, but the inoculation must be done under a doctor’s supervision. It is recommended that you do not eat high protein foods in your regular diet, eat a light diet and drink plenty of water.
