What are the drugs that cause gastroduodenal damage?

There are many drugs that cause gastroduodenal injury, mainly because of the side effects of drugs that can lead to peptic ulcers complicated by perforation. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, indomethacin and aspirin are the most common drugs causing gastroduodenal injury, others include glucocorticoids, clopidogrel, bisphosphonates and sirolimus.
