How to see early or late stage of gastric moderately differentiated cancer

Middle-differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma is a kind of gastric adenocarcinoma, which can be judged whether it is in early or late stage by the patient’s clinical symptoms, the size of the tumor and whether there is any metastasis, gastroscopy and pathological examination. Clinical symptoms of early gastric adenocarcinoma are generally not serious, with mild abdominal pain or only mild stomach discomfort. In advanced gastric adenocarcinoma, there are persistent and severe abdominal pain, obvious symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding such as black stools and vomiting blood, emaciation, anemia and weakness. Generally speaking, the volume of early gastric adenocarcinoma tumor is less than two centimeters and no metastasis occurs, such patients belong to early stage. If the tumor is larger and distant metastasis has occurred, it belongs to advanced stage of gastric adenocarcinoma. Cancer cells of early gastric moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma are still confined within the layers of the stomach wall and have not penetrated the plasma membrane layer. In advanced gastric adenocarcinoma, the cancer cells have penetrated through the layers of the stomach wall. If the patient is suffering from middle-differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time, clarify the cause of the disease and adopt corresponding treatment plan under the doctor’s guidance, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
