Third, secondary orchitis may occur after the indwelling catheter, with bilateral testicular enlargement and pain, accompanied by local scrotal skin redness and swelling. If the patient cannot urinate and needs to keep the catheter for a long time, it needs to be changed regularly, and if it is not changed in time, the symptoms of infection will appear. The catheter should be changed about once every two weeks and the drainage bag should be changed every other week.
