It is impossible to judge whether the patient is in the 3 days before death of advanced gastric cancer according to the symptoms. Generally, patients with advanced gastric cancer may have severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood and black stools, difficulty in breathing and so on before death. 1. Severe abdominal pain: patients with advanced gastric cancer before death may show persistent aggravation of epigastric pain and severe pain radiating to the back of waist due to the involvement of cancer in organs or tissues such as retroperitoneal plexus and pancreas. 2. Vomiting blood and black stool: patients with advanced gastric cancer before death may vomit blood due to gastric cancer invading blood vessels and causing gastrointestinal bleeding. Due to lack of gastric acid and accelerated gastric emptying, patients may have diarrhea, usually black stool. 3. Difficulty in breathing: patients with advanced gastric cancer before death usually have metastasis of cancer cells, leading to involvement of several organs. When the cancer cells show bone metastasis and lung metastasis, it will lead to chest and back pain and cause serious dyspnea. In addition, patients with advanced stomach cancer may also have symptoms such as weakness, coma, blurred consciousness and decreased blood pressure before death. If diagnosed with advanced stomach cancer, they should actively cooperate with treatment to prolong the survival period.
