IgA nephropathy grade III usually refers to focal proliferative glomerulonephritis, which cannot be completely cured at present, and can usually be standardized under the guidance of a doctor to slow down the process of disease development. IgA nephropathy refers to chronic glomerulonephritis caused by abnormal deposition of immunoglobulin A in the glomerular thylakoid zone, which pathologically manifests as thylakoid proliferation and deposition of IgA-based immune complexes in the thylakoid zone. IgA nephropathy grade III usually refers to focal proliferative glomerulonephritis, in which ≤50% of glomeruli show cellular proliferation, mostly of the thylakoid cells, which may be accompanied by endothelial cell hyperplasia, and in the vast majority of cases segmental hyperplasia, with crescents visible. Due to the abnormalities occurring in the glomeruli, it is usually not completely curable. Due to individual differences, the treatment effect is also different, it is recommended that patients with IgA nephropathy consult a doctor in time and follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment.
