Usually do not snore, suddenly snore, clinically there are the following situations, each situation is different treatment: the first situation is that some patients may be too tired recently during the day, too much physical labor during the day, or excessive alcohol consumption during the day, resulting in patients sleeping at night in a deep sleep state, the whole body muscles are too relaxed, thus appearing to snore. Generally, it is recommended that the patient should control the physical labor during the day, avoid excessive alcohol consumption, and generally change the lifestyle to change the habit of snoring. The second situation is that the patient recently had acute rhinitis, or acute allergic rhinitis, acute pharyngeal edema or acute epiglottitis and so on the inflammatory reaction of the upper airway. This leads to limited ventilation in the upper airway and narrowing of the airway, causing the patient to snore when sleeping, with the airway not passing smoothly. Clinically, this condition should be actively treated for rhinitis, such as the application of nasal spray hormones, oral antihistamines, to relieve the nose from not passing air. For pharyngeal edema or and epiglottitis, clinically anti-inflammatory treatment, increase the application of hormone therapy, reduce the inflammatory reaction of the mucous membrane of the pharynx, so as to reduce the obstruction of the airway, reduce snoring and other manifestations.
