What medication to take for allergic asthma

Allergic asthma generally does not require oral medications, and the majority of medications are inhaled. The advantage of inhalation therapy is that it is administered locally in the respiratory tract and works quickly and strongly with few systemic side effects. Glucocorticoids are the first line of drug therapy and the most basic treatment, and are the most effective drugs for controlling asthma. For those who cannot use hormones can take anti-leukotriene drugs, such as leukotriene receptors, antagonists and synthesis inhibitors. In addition, antihistamines can be used to effectively control allergic rhinitis. It can reduce airway inflammation and relieve the symptoms of asthma. Allergic asthma is triggered by allergic substances and desensitization is a more effective method, but not everyone is suitable for this treatment. Allergens need to be checked and can be targeted, but at present, limited by technical conditions, only specific allergens are able to do desensitization treatment. Desensitization treatment can lead to stabilization or remission of the condition. But allergic asthma cannot be cured. The principle of asthma treatment is prevention, not to contact the allergen after finding it, and medication to relieve and treat it. You can exercise properly, strengthen your body, increase your immunity, don’t eat spicy and stimulating food, and eat light and liquid food.
