No determination to lose weight just shouting slogans

  The phrase “I want to lose weight” is one that I believe we hear a lot, and even often hang on to it ourselves. But the fact is, weight loss for many people is really just talk.  We usually see a lot of such people, they said to lose weight after, not to exercise, nor to diet to moderate, the lifestyle is still the same as before, and their weight loss results are naturally and unsurprisingly to failure.  However, for them, weight loss may not be a necessary thing, because they are not very fat, there is no great need for weight loss, as long as the weight does not rise on it; or, there is no point to stimulate them enough to make them determined to lose weight.  Many people can not lose weight successfully is actually because they have not really made up their mind to lose weight. Losing weight is not considered an easy task, and in order to lose weight, we may need to restrain our appetite, force ourselves to exercise, or use weight loss surgery, etc. In this process, we need to endure the temptation of food to ourselves, exercise to cause physical exhaustion. So, if you don’t have enough determination to lose weight, it’s hard to convince yourself to keep doing these things.  The determination to lose weight should not just be temporary, but to know why you want to lose weight, such as for the health of your body, in order to be more beautiful, etc. This will give you more motivation to lose weight and help you stick to it for a long time. If you just suddenly want to lose weight, wait until this enthusiasm passes and then you will return to the previous state, which is harmful to weight loss.
