The American Association for Cancer Research has published the world’s first “International Code for Cancer Prevention”. (1) Eat a variety of plant-based foods. (2) Maintain an appropriate weight. (3) Exercise regularly and appropriately. (4) Eat more vegetables and fruits. (5) Cereals, beans, root vegetables at least 600-800 grams per day. (6) It is best not to drink alcohol. For men, 2 glasses per day and for women, 1 glass is the limit. (7) Take at least 80 grams of beef, lamb and pork per day, and eat more fish and chicken. (8) Control the intake of animal fat and moderate the intake of vegetable fat. (9) Adults should consume less than 6 grams of salt per day, and spices should be the main seasoning. (10) Eat more fresh food, less canned food. (11) Food should be frozen, refrigerated storage, but not hidden for too long. (12) Avoid food additives. (13) Do not eat burnt food.
