What foods are good for dry syndrome

Patients with dry syndrome have some requirements on diet, and it is recommended to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, such as kidney beans, celery, yellow cabbage, cabbage, radish, and also lean meat, chicken, duck, milk, eggs, etc. In fruits, it is recommended to eat watermelon, tomato, sweet orange, pear, apple, banana, peach, grape, etc. Since patients with dry syndrome have obvious dry mouth symptoms and often accompanied by rampant dental caries, dry and hard foods, such as cookies, melon seeds and walnuts, should be minimized to maintain oral hygiene, protect teeth and promote digestion. Besides, dry syndrome may cause diseases such as gastroenteritis and cirrhosis, so try to avoid eating spicy, stimulating and fatty foods, such as strong tea, coffee, fried food, seafood, chili, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, etc.
