Solid thyroid nodule 3mmx3mm should be combined with thyroid ultrasound to further determine whether to treat or not, if accompanied by tiny calcification, irregular margins, consider the possibility of malignancy, need to further fine needle aspiration biopsy of the thyroid gland. Most of the thyroid nodules do not have clinical symptoms, and most of them are found during physical examination. 3mmx3mm solid thyroid nodules need to be combined with other signs and symptoms of the nodules. When solid nodules are accompanied by hypoechogenicity, tiny calcifications, irregular margins, and a ratio of vertical to horizontal greater than 1, malignant nodules are considered, and fine needle aspiration biopsy of the thyroid gland is needed to determine the treatment plan based on the pathologic results. If there are no such signs and benign nodules are considered, thyroid ultrasound and thyroid function can be checked regularly for evaluation, and usually no special treatment is needed. Solid thyroid nodules are recommended to be treated under medical supervision.
