The quality of eggs can be roughly understood by the time of menstrual cycle, basal body temperature measurement, and ultrasound examination is more accurate to determine. 1. Menstrual cycle time: the normal menstrual cycle is about 28 days, usually normal menstrual cycle, the quality of eggs may be better, usually short menstrual cycle, there may be a small follicle ovulation, but not absolute. 2. Basal body temperature measurement: a woman’s menstrual cycle, including the follicular phase, ovulation and luteal phase, follicular phase of the basal body temperature in the 36.5 ℃, the luteal phase of the basal body temperature will be increased by 0.3-0.6 ℃, the high temperature phase lasts for more than 10 days indicates that ovulation, such as high-temperature phase lasts for a long time indicates that the quality of eggs is relatively good, but these are not absolute, to exclude the cold and fever, luteal atrophy atypical and so on. But these are not absolute, we should exclude cold and fever, luteal atrophy and other conditions that cause the body temperature to rise. 3. Ultrasonography: Through abdominal ultrasound or vaginal ultrasonography, follicular growth, size, morphology, and specific discharge conditions can be directly observed to understand the quality of the eggs. Ovulation follicle development is relatively mature, the diameter of the follicle is about 1.8~2.2cm, the follicle diameter is smaller or larger than the range, indicating that the quality of the follicle is relatively poor. Mature follicles can only increase the success rate of women after intercourse.
