Most cases of rhabdomyolysis have an insidious onset and are characterized by atypical clinical symptoms, which can be detected only by laboratory tests. After the onset of the disease, especially in mild cases, there may be no clinical symptoms and the first abnormality is typically myoglobin, which may appear as early as 2 hours after the onset of the disease. In severe cases, muscle pain, muscle weakness, deepening of urine color to soy sauce or tea color, etc. may appear immediately after the onset of the disease, and may also be accompanied by symptoms such as local muscle edema, stiffness, tenderness and spasm, and even oliguria, renal failure and other manifestations.
