Is there a relationship between heartburn and alcohol consumption?

Drinking alcohol can cause panic attacks. First of all, heavy drinking will stimulate sympathetic nerves and cause sympathetic overexcitation, and patients will experience increased myocardial contraction, faster heartbeat, increased heart conduction speed, and increased oxygen consumption of the heart muscle. These conditions can cause ischemia, stenosis, and spasm of the coronary arteries, triggering clinical symptoms such as panic, palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, and shortness of breath in patients. For patients with a history of hypertension, after drinking alcohol, blood pressure may first drop and then increase, and the blood pressure is unstable, which may further cause clinical symptoms such as panic and palpitations. Heavy alcohol consumption also stimulates the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system in the body, resulting in increased secretion of aldosterone and clinical symptoms such as tachycardia, panic and palpitations.
