The MRI is fine, but you still have dizziness because many diseases are not detected by MRI. For example, non-organic lesions in the head, removing diseases such as subdural hematoma, meningioma, stroke, and cerebral infarction, non-organic diseases can still cause dizziness. In addition, cervical spine disease can also cause dizziness. Vertebral artery-type cervical spondylosis is not detected by routine MRI, but can still cause dizziness. Other diseases such as inner ear vestibular abnormalities, ophthalmologic diseases, and cardiovascular diseases can cause dizziness, but they are not manifested at all on MRI.
