In the clinical manifestation of endometrial cancer, abnormal uterine bleeding often occurs, and in the manifestation of menstruation, there may be incomplete menstruation or intermittent or small amount of vaginal bleeding. If abnormal menstruation or intermittent or small amount of bleeding occurs, hysteroscopic endoscopy should be performed to detect or rule out the possibility of endometrial cancer in time. However, even normal menstruation cannot exclude the possibility of endometrial cancer. Routine gynecological examination should be performed to detect the possibility of inhomogeneous echogenicity or abnormal thickening of uterine cavity and endometrium in time.
