What is the best treatment for mild anemia

Mild anemia is anemia with hemoglobin concentration lower than normal but greater than 90g/L. Therefore, when the cause of anemia is unknown, it is not possible to determine which option is the best for treatment, and its treatment is divided into symptomatic treatment and causative treatment.
1. Symptomatic treatment: patients with mild anemia can take proper rest and avoid exertion.
2. Allopathic treatment: treatment for the pathogenesis of anemia. There are many causes of anemia.
(1) Iron deficiency anemia should be treated by iron supplementation or by treating the primary causes of iron deficiency, including polysaccharide iron complexes.
(2) Megaloblastic anemia is given supplemental folic acid or vitamin B12.
(3) Hemolytic anemia is treated with glucocorticoids (prednisone) or splenectomy .
(4) Splenectomy is effective in hereditary spherocytosis.
(5) Acute leukemia can be treated with chemotherapy, combined with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation if necessary.
(6) Patients with aplastic anemia can be treated with antilymphocyte/thymocyte globulin, cyclophilin, and hematopoietic positive regulatory factor (eltrombopag).
(7) Renal anemia is treated with erythropoietin.
(8) Oncogenic anemia is treated with chemotherapy or radiotherapy (carboplatin).
(9) Immune-related anemia is treated with immunosuppressants, such as prednisone acetate.
(10) Various secondary anemia should be treated for the primary disease, such as gastric ulcer to be treated with drugs such as omeprazole.
For mild anemia, it is recommended to go to the hospital to check the cause of anemia, according to the doctor’s recommendations to receive standardized diagnosis and treatment.
