Aloe vera’s top ten efficacy and function of the claim is not scientific. Aloe vera is the dried concentrated sap of Aloe vera plant of the lily family. It is bitter in taste, cold in nature, and belongs to the liver, stomach and large intestine meridians. It has the efficacy of diarrhea and laxative, clearing the liver and killing worms. Clinically, it is mainly used for the treatment of heat knot constipation, pediatric chancre (a kind of children’s chronic disease, manifested as emaciation, abnormal diet, abdominal distension, thinning and yellowing of hair, etc.), ringworm sores, irritability and epilepsy and other conditions.
Aloe vera adverse reactions are mostly due to internal overdose, stimulation of the gastrointestinal mucosa caused by a series of toxic reactions in the digestive tract, symptoms of toxicity for nausea, vomiting, hemorrhagic gastritis, abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, acute and severe (lower abdominal discomfort, very much want to defecate, defecation after a sense of incompletion), bloody stools, miscarriages, nephritis, and so on.
It should be noted that this product is contraindicated for weak spleen and stomach, loose stools (thin and unformed stools) and pregnant women.
