Choking sensation generally refers to choking sensation, and choking sensation in pancreatic cancer is usually in the middle or late stage of the disease. Most patients with cardia cancer do not have obvious symptoms in the early stage. With the progress of the disease, some patients may have choking sensation and foreign body sensation when swallowing food, and some patients may have abdominal fullness, epigastric pain, epigastric burning sensation or tingling sensation, etc. If the disease progresses further, patients may have choking sensation and foreign body sensation.
If the patient’s condition progresses further, he/she may have obstruction sensation when eating, weight loss, vomiting after eating, low fever, anemia, epigastric mass and other manifestations. If the patient’s cardia cancer develops to the advanced stage, he/she may have difficulty in eating, worsening abdominal pain, vomiting blood and black stool.
If patients have choking sensation when eating, they need to be alerted that it is caused by cardia cancer. The patient needs to consult doctor in time and can choose appropriate measures for treatment under doctor’s guidance. Patients need to eat fluid soft food, such as egg custard, rotten noodles, rice porridge, etc., and eat less hard food such as peanuts and hazelnuts. In addition, patients should avoid drinking alcohol and smoking.
