Nucleoside analogue therapy is relatively infrequent due to less side effects and less review items, and costs about 2,000 yuan per year. With antibiotic therapy, if short-acting interferon is applied, the cost of treatment medication for one year is about 10,000 RMB. With long-acting interferon therapy, the cost for one year is about 50,000 yuan. If nucleoside analogue therapy is used, the cheapest domestic adefovir, due to the need for long-term application, is at$110 per month. If the latest marketed propofol tenofovir is used, it costs 1180 RMB per month.
