How to relieve appendicitis pain symptoms

You can choose medication and surgery to relieve the pain symptoms caused by appendicitis.
1. Medication: Patients with appendicitis can be treated with antibiotics such as metronidazole, levofloxacin and ceftriaxone sodium intravenously under the guidance of doctors to reduce the inflammation of the appendix, thus relieving the pain symptoms.
2. Surgery: Once acute simple appendicitis is diagnosed, emergency surgery is recommended; if the condition worsens and cannot be controlled by medication, surgery is also needed to remove the appendix as soon as possible to achieve a radical cure, thus eliminating the pain experienced by the patient.
Once appendicitis is diagnosed, severe pain, fever and other symptoms that cannot be controlled by conservative treatment, appendectomy should be performed as soon as possible to prevent the infection from expanding and aggravating the condition.
