HPV is not detected by blood tests, but is usually found in the skin, mucous membranes, and the corresponding squamous epithelial cells, most commonly in the cervical complex for women. The test is performed by applying a conical brush to the cervical canal and brushing out the corresponding supracervical cells in a clockwise manner. After obtaining the corresponding cells, the cells are tested for the presence of the corresponding HPV virus infection by PCR and other methods. Therefore, this test is a localized test, not a blood test. If the corresponding subsequent infection of high-risk virus as well as low-risk virus is found, there are corresponding treatment measures to be taken.
